I simply cut out the flower and embellish to my hearts content.

April In Paris Update

I have received ATCs from:

I am impressed by how many different ways this theme was interpreted,

I think you will be too.

I have swap gifts to finish

and am expecting one more group of ATCs,

(one of our swappers was under the weather this week,

and was kind enough to let me know that she would be a little late).

Altered Ancestors Swap

Uncle Fido

had the face of a dog.

Sadly,

most people thought this was his best quality.

Great Aunt Temperance

was a devout teetotaler,

but sometimes,

her tea totaled her.

Great Great Grandfather

was very well respected

in the scientific community.

They didn't know him very well.

Cousin Prudence

never found a man.

It was widely known

that she wined a lot.

Grannie

loved talking to her birds.

Everyone began to worry

when they started talking back to her.

I made up a half dozen of these Maui tags

for a customer.

I made bunches of these corrugated cardboard tags.

I staged a little photo shoot on the back deck.

I sorted and grouped a big box of keys.

I put together some really cute things for the shop.

I made a couple sets of these cute wood tags.

I listed a bunch of new things in both shops.

Panoramic Easter Egg-part 2

My Panoramic Easter Egg has arrived at its destination,

so I can now share my creation with you.

For some reason I love to make my matchboxes into hanging ornaments.

I created a little lace egg which I tucked inside my "egg."

The top is this adorable vintage basket that I filled with pretty vintage millinery

and sprinkled a little glitter.

I was so happy to be creating Something Special

for my dear friend Michele.
