What A Weekend!

Mr AJS and I took a long weekend away
to unplug and unwind.

We traveled about an hour and a half away from home to do some antiquing in Pennsylvania.

I hoped to find lots of amazing things for my shoppes
and to create with,
but was a little surprised in how little I found.

For an avid collector there were treasures galore,
but not so much for an avid junker.

These were most of the things I found that I can put to use.

I did find a few treasures that are for keeps,
and I'll share those another day.

There was no disappointment in this trip.
No stress.
No deadlines.

Just me and my Mr.
(and a little shopping, of course)

enJOY Your Blessings,

Good to hear you had such a relaxing time with Mr AJS. Looking forward to seeing 'the keepers'.

I think you found some "GOODIES!!!" My birthday is coming up and that is when my hubby and I go for the day to different antique shops! It's so much FUN, even if no treasures are found!

If you around my area, it's not the best place to go rummaging or junking. We've got lots of antique stores here, but they're SO overpriced. You can always tell they're going to be high when you walk in and see everything under glass cases!

Do you know about the Golden Nugget? Next time you're in PA, that's a place you'll definitely find junking. Outside vendors with everything imaginable.
