Your ATCs must use only original vintage papers and/or photographs.
The only new items allowed are:
cardboard or matt board for the base
(none of which should be visible on your finished ATC),
glue and ink.
Your ATCs must be postmarked by February 28 (USA)
and February 21 (international).
