Slim (but beautiful) Pickins

How does the saying go?

'A bad day of junking,
is better than a good day at work.'

This was my haul from 2 shops
and 2 antiques malls on Saturday.

Admittedly,
I am exercising a good deal more restraint
than in the past.

I hold out for the best items
at the best prices,
all while trying my best not to replace
all of the stash I have been purging.

Speaking of purging,
I will be continuing to offer
destash lots from time to time.
No rhyme or reason as to when they will post.
As I fill a box, I will photo and post,
so check back often.

I am tucked in warm on another northeast snow day.
Spring will come,
spring will come,
spring will come...

Beautiful finds, showing quality better than quantity. :)

I'm tucked in with sleet turning to snow.

You still found some beautiful stuff Kimberly! You can never have enough vintage bling, it can be used for everything. As for the vintage hats, I take them apart and keep the flowers and trash the rest, but they have to be really cheap for me to buy. I know how you feel about restraining yourself.....I've been purging and setting everything aside for the craft/scrapbook sale next month at a local church. Hope to make a little money and what ever doesn't sell goes to charity. You should have seen my patterned paper. Now I know what I have. Have a nice rest of the weekend!

Being very selective is a good thing as it raises the bar for your S.A.B.L.E. (Supplies Acquired Beyond Life Expectancy)!

How fun, indeed some fun Little Treasures. I like the S.A.B.L.E. meaning!!! Can't wait for 2 estate sales coming up with our warm weather.
Off to catch up on the homefront.
Have a great weekend.
