Stash To Treasure Saturday (continued from last week)

I failed to mention that in addition to the greeting cards
I created using the assortment of scrap papers,
I created these fun little projects.

I absolutely love this bird paper
(from Teresa Collins)!
I had no idea how to use the all-over bird graphic.
Enter my circle dies and a scallop die,
and viola, sweet tags are born!

While I enjoy these little rosettes so much,
(from Sizzix)
they are a bit bulky for use on greeting cards,
so I do not use them as often as I would like.

These paper scraps look as yummy as sherbet tastes,
and I thought embellished straws
are a perfect fit for the rosettes.
Each is further embellished with a resin daisy.

You know I just cannot stop myself from making tags.
I love playing with layering and embellishing these.

Yes, a few more tags with the little birds.
That is a lot of birds from one sheet of 12 x 12 paper
(some of which was already used).

Once I put it all together,
it looks like a party!

happy weekend hugs,
Kim

The first thing I “saw” were the colours - very nice! FYI my Feb ATC cards on their way

It certainly does look like a party! Very pretty! I love the rosettes, too, and can't stop making them even tho they end up stacked in jars. Must. Start. Making.
