I was contacted way back in July by one of the editors,

asking me to send in a few pieces for consideration.

 

If it were not for my Mom,

always asking when it would be out,

I might have forgotten all about it.

It's great when a 50+ year old

can still make her mom proud!

A Happy Heart!

I received an email from a sweet customer, who wanted me to know that she had gifted one of my hanging heart pillows and it is pictured in the latest issue of Somerset Home.

Deb Hodge wrote a lovely article about the beautiful old blue door that she uses as an inspiration board.  You can see the pillow hanging on the door in the photo to the left and a close-up to the right in the article pictured below.

What a sweet surprise and more so, an honor that a piece I created helps to inspire another artist.
