This is my latest work for
Kindred Souls Art Group's
Round Robin.
This journal belongs to Socrates,
and she has requested the theme
of "Steampunk Travel By Air."
Her heroine is Magdalena
and she is on her Grand Tour.
I have Magdalena visiting London,
a city that I hold near and dear to my own heart.
The back of the page holds a post card,
that when flipped out,
contains a note from Magdalena to Socrates.
Packed and off goes another journal!
enJOY Your Blessings,
Kimberly

How fun is this! What a fabulous adventure!
You have done a wonderful job. I think you have the perfect mix going.
How do you do a Round Robin? how many people get involved?
Your blog is the first I have ever heard of this. (I do live in the dark ages.....lol)
Happy Crafting

Hi Tracie,
This is the first round robin I have participated in, so I am not sure they are all the same. Here is how this one works. Each participant creates their own journal with blank pages, chooses their own theme, and sends it on its way. We have 12 in this group, but I think any number would work. We always send to the same person, so basically every journal travels in a circle(ie "round"). I believe that our journals are traveling over 11,000 miles. When we receive a new journal, we have 2 weeks to complete a page in the owner's selected theme. The round robin is complete when your own journal arrives back home.
I read about round robins years ago and was so excited to have the opportunity to join one. The only drawback, postage gets expensive. When all is said and done, postage will probably run over $100 for this swap.
enJOY a sweet day,
Kimberly
