Dorothy said it best, there's no place like home.These vintage, dirty, and doll-less shoes needed to elevated to greatness. What could be better than magically transforming them into a pair of ruby red slippers, and using them as the star of this little collage piece? Martha Stewart tinsel glitter in red did the trick. A sample of 1950s kitchen wallpaper, vintage floral trim, rub-on letters, stamps and ink, and armature wire (this was wrapped around the glass bottle) were all I needed to tell this story.
