This tiny wall basket was way too country for my taste, so a quick coat of paint was in order. The monochromatic scheme of this was easy to achieve, since the bulk of my stash is composed of these dreamy creamy colors, laces, buttons, pearls, crystals, old text books, I love them all. After the paint dried on the basket, a snippet of old lace and vintage beaded earring were attached to the front. A page from an old book was commissioned as the perfect nesting material, and a pretty glittery craft store bird is the crowning touch.Check out the "It's Tuesday, I Must Be Junking" post to see the before pic of the basket.
