Going Green

My St. Paddy's Day ATCs are now in the hands of our swap hostess, Kim.

She will be creating mini ATC books from all of our cards.

I created one of my little hearts for our hostess.

I found this rhinestone shamrock a couple weeks ago,
and knew it would be perfect.

Remember, sign-ups for
Celebrate Spring ATC Swap & Mon Amie Giveaway
are ongoing.

Wishing you a lovely weekend!

Summer Of Color - Week 2

Garden Of Love

I created this piece using a vintage pieced
Grandmother's Flower Garden
unquilted patch.

The pattern name and the vintage fabrics
were perfect to accompany this photo of
my maternal grandparents on their wedding day in the 1930s.

I am guessing that the fabrics, buttons and pom-pom trim are all from the 1940s.
