beautiful stuffed envelope from JoAnne.

My apologies, I haven't had a chance to photograph it.

Playing With Halloween Bits And Pieces

There is something so fun and freeing

about creating Halloween pieces.

Is it the silly subject matter?

Or the hidden secrets?

Could it be the bizarre color combinations?

Maybe it's the gross with the lovely?

Whatever it may be,

yesterday afternoon in the studio was a fun time!

Two Ways On Tuesday

I have been creating whatever my spirit  moves me to create.

For example,

this sweet Christmas Angel House.

But then,

my spirit moved me to make another.

By changing the image and embellishments,

a Christmas house is now

a Halloween house.

I am trying very hard to look at the potential in all things.

I have been rescuing, reworking, and reinventing

some old furnishings and home decor.

So I suppose,

that may be why the Christmas house

also works as a Halloween house,

at least to my eye.

A couple notes to this great group of gals:

Firstly, lastly and everything in betweenly,

thank you so very much for doing such a great job!

Next, thank you for all of the beautiful hostess gifties.

I am so blessed to have crossed paths with such generous, artistic souls.

One more thing,

I have always found it a stumbling block to decide who gets my ATCs,

not that I feel that you are all clambering over each other to get one,

but it somehow feels awkward to me.

So, I have decided to NOT include my ATCs in the swap outs,

but I DID use the random number thingy to pick 3 of you to receive an extra card.

Right now it is a secret as to who will be opening packages with 4 ATCs,

but these 3 Pretty Little Witches of mine are on their way to 3 new homes:
