What A Weekend!
Mr AJS and I took a long weekend away
to unplug and unwind.
We traveled about an hour and a half away from home to do some antiquing in Pennsylvania.
I hoped to find lots of amazing things for my shoppes
and to create with,
but was a little surprised in how little I found.
For an avid collector there were treasures galore,
but not so much for an avid junker.
These were most of the things I found that I can put to use.
I did find a few treasures that are for keeps,
and I'll share those another day.
There was no disappointment in this trip.
No stress.
No deadlines.
Just me and my Mr.
(and a little shopping, of course)

My Newest Treasures
Last weekend, Mr. AJS and I went to a local antiques sale.
We were about to head back to the car (empty handed, I might add), when I saw them.
These beautiful antique Victorian vases is the softest aqua color.
I knew that if I passed them up,
I would never look at my morning room without thinking,
I should have bought those vases.
Wishing you a weekend filled with treasures you couldn't live without.

Kimberly

This Is Halloween!
I decorated my case at the antique's mall last Friday. Mostly Black and White, touches of Cream and Sepia, and dabs of Orange.
I was so happy to receive a call on Sunday, that most of my Halloween creations have sold and I should restock asap! How great is that?
I have been thinking about trying to move up to a booth as one becomes available, and there is one that will be vacant and ready for move-in on October 1st!
I cannot tell you how excited I am to start work on my new 10x10 play space. I will be posting about plans and progress, I hope you join me for the ride.

Treasures
These are the blingy thingys I found here.
I love this ornate shadowbox with its beautiful velvet lining, and this crochet lace is simply scrumptious.
Chandelier crystals and vintage Christmas baubles are almost too beautiful, almost. Please check back tomorrow for the big, huge, gigantic announcement!

Kimberly
