Valentine Swap #2

It has been quite a while since I participated in an altered matchbox swap,

so it was fun to try my hand at it one again.

I am still in love with German glass glitter,

this time, using a lovely pink shade.

Just a peek at the inside.  It is filled with some pretty pink crafty supplies.

It should be arriving at its destination today.

Here's what I created for

My swap partner, Jess, is a librarian,

and loves books.

I packed the finished matchbox with supplies

for a mini nature journal.

We were instructed on how to create a

I sent mine off to my swap partner with

a ginormous tag,

Panoramic Easter Egg-part 2

My Panoramic Easter Egg has arrived at its destination,

so I can now share my creation with you.

For some reason I love to make my matchboxes into hanging ornaments.

I created a little lace egg which I tucked inside my "egg."

The top is this adorable vintage basket that I filled with pretty vintage millinery

and sprinkled a little glitter.

I was so happy to be creating Something Special

for my dear friend Michele.

an altered mini matchbox,

was nestled in its own little gift box,

and inside the gorgeous matchbox are

these 3 amazing mini ATCs!

Mercedes is one of the lovely ladies that I have had the great fortune to meet in this swapping universe we have created.

She takes time to leave a kind word for me here on my blog,

and whenever we have swapped together she is generous above and beyond all expectations.

Halloween Matchbox Swap - part 2

Yesterday,

I shared the beautiful matchbox that I received from my swap partner.

Today,

I am sharing the matchbox I am sending out to her.

I thought I would make the matchbox itself into an ornament

by running a ribbon through it

and adding a tassel.

Here's a glimpse of what I included:

this little altered wood

Haunted House;

vintage cupcake pick skeleton man;

Witchy collage on wood ornie;

glittered glam skull tassel;

black glittered shrine house with vintage pumpkin man inside;

and an ATC and tag.

I loved this swap!

Halloween Matchbox Swap - part 1

I received the most beautiful

How Beautiful Is This!
